  • Multi-location e911 compliant
  • Multi-site call queue/ACD functionality with ability to view real-time ACD metrics
  • Call recording and archival functions for call center agents
  • Ability to outpulse multiple caller ID’s based on the location
  • Would prefer low/no per-seat cost

Strategic planning

  • Based on the customer’s existing Microsoft licensing, we chose to leverage Microsoft Teams Voice Calling.
  • We chose a direct-routing partner to eliminate typical per-seat PBX licensing fees.
  • We integrated with a compliance-recording vendor to provide compliance with archival policies.
  • We developed real-time dashboards and custom wallboards to provide real-time ACD stats from Microsoft Teams queues.

Tactical execution

  • We designed and delivered a proof of concept which was tested and validated as a solution that met the customer’s requirements.
  • End-user training and communications were carefully coordinated with internal teams.
  • The transition plan was developed and executed site-by-site, which included number porting, new number activation and e911 validation.
